I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Facilities were excellent. Apart from the noise form renovations on the floor above (between 10am and 5pm) everything was lovely.

"5 star hotel experience in downtown auckland"
We had a girls weekend and booked a room on wotif for an excellent price. When we arrived we found out our room was a suite and waiting for us was a personalised card and gifts from the spa. We enjoyed the pool very much and the breakfast was wonderful. Location of the hotel was perfect and central. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall our expectations were exceeded.
