Hi Regarding your response. Yes you had 3 rooms booked on a very busy day, Graduation & a combined schools rugby competition and you cancelled on the morning of these events. W e only charged you for 1 room and that room that you booked was a non refundable or non cancellation . We could have charged you for the other all 3 rooms and may be the rest of your family could have used the room. Kind regards. John
