Great quirky hotel not too far from the heart of the city. Master the tram and it’s a perfect location.
Tram walls pretty thin and being in the foyer reception you can hear everything but luckily we were knackered and slept like a log anyway didn’t seem to be a problem.

The tram is an original piece from the sixties. Which means that the walls could be a little thinner. However, I am glad that you had a good rest! ;-)

Loved it!
Pros:Everything! Location, style, staff, value.
Cons:It was perfect for us.
Location:It is in a brand new building and is located to transport, food, laundromat and canals. We walked into the central region each day. Loved it.
We stayed for 3 nights in the Casa no Casa room which slept all 4 of us (2 parents and 2 adult children) comfortably. We had our own shower and toilet and enough space in the room to fit all of our luggage. The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to help. Our daughter had a severe reaction to the MSG in some food we had whilst out touring one day resulting in a massive all over skin rash and they got on the phone to find us a pharmacy (It was a bank holiday) so that we could treat her. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was great value and relaxed with cocktails one evening. The hotel is in a brand new building which is exceptionally clean and is about a 20 minute walk into the central district and there is just so much to see, do and eat along the way. We loved our stay here and we highly recommend it to others and we will definitely stay here again. Michelle (Australia)

Stay for one night, then go elsewhere
This hotel is a novelty and like most novelties, the novelty wears off quickly.
We arrived and we were treated by a lovely staff member who showed us to our room. It was tiny; so much so that we had two options. Get into bed so our luggage could fit on the floor, or get out of bed so that u can open ur luggage. There was not room but both your luggage and yourself on the floor, making it hard to get into your suitable and pack again.
We booked the room with the private bathroom and shower. The sink is about the size of a sandwich and the shower door is behind the sink so you have to squeeze ur body between a sink and shower screen to get in (cold against your body in winter). The bathroom smelt dank and for some reason the cleaning equipment was left in the shower by house keeping???
There is a ventilation system but it was the middle of winter and I woke up in a sweat after falling asleep with only my underwear in because I was so hot. The fan (fixed to the wall) has one setting - RPM = to a Boeing 747. Loud.
Breakfast was nice. Standard continental and a reasonable price of 9 euros.
The other guests were reasonable with noise levels but we just wanted to go to sleep and it felt like we shared a wall with a nightclub (which is sort of true, we shared it with the hotel bar).
I would suggest coming here for the novelty. Prepare yourself for hostel style accommodation and then go and out your money into stay somewhere with more room, privacy and closer to the City
