The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The main lobby was clean and exquisite. Check in took about 45 minutes. Our room smelled musty and after waking up in the morning, we found our bedding, hair and clothes to be moist. There was water (condensation) dripping from the inside of the windows and room’s walls. There was clearly an issue with the air system in the room.

Infinity pool at the top, programs by Subroto, morning buffet breakfast, lounge area and overall behavior and friendliness of all the employees were brilliant! didnt like- playroom area, few stuffs were outdated and while we were checking in we had to wait for over 15mins before someone entertained us.

We stayed for just 1 night but the hospitality was great! We were upgraded to a suite with lounge access which we loved. Everyone was very helpful. The decor and up keep of the place were impressive
